Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. koko7 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your koko7 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. koko7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify koko7 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
koko7 is required to conduct KYC verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents before making withdrawals or at any other time koko7 deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
koko7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review. koko7 aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business hours for GCash and PayMaya / Maya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. koko7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn (see Section 5).
Note: koko7 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by koko7 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
koko7 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if we reasonably determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Only one bonus may be active on your koko7 account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the bonus status — please review the specific promotion terms before making additional deposits.

koko7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
koko7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason koko7 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.
You may close your koko7 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and applicable processing times.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any applicable regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms.
